# Mori > Mori is AI-powered relationship memory for the people whose business runs on referrals — real estate agents, brokers, and other service professionals. The people you know are your most valuable asset, and Mori makes sure you never lose the context behind them: forward the emails about your vendors and clients, or CC Mori on a thread, and it remembers who's who and what happened, so the right person is always one prompt away. A memory layer, not another CRM. ## What Mori is - A private relationship-memory layer that turns the emails you already send into a searchable record of your vendor and client network. - A companion to your existing CRM, not a replacement. Your CRM tracks the pipeline; Mori keeps the informal context it never captures — the contractor you refer twice a year, the inspector who once flagged a problem. - Built for the years between transactions, where referral relationships actually live. ## How it works - **Forward an email.** Send any email about a vendor or client to Mori, or CC it on a live thread. Add a note if you like. - **Mori remembers.** It pulls out the contact, the context, and how they relate — into a private graph that's yours alone. - **Ask later, get a draft.** Forward a client's question and get back the right contact, the relevant context, and a draft reply to copy and send. Every reply is human-approved before it goes anywhere. ## Principles - **Only what you forward.** No inbox scanning, no OAuth, no access to your mailbox. Mori sees only the emails you forward or CC. - **Your data is yours.** Your graph is never merged with another account's, shared, or used to train models. Per-account privacy is enforced at the database layer. - **Knows what it doesn't know.** Every answer is confidence-tiered. When Mori has the right contact, you get a draft; when it doesn't, it says so and flags the gap. No confident guesses, no made-up names. - **No auto-reply.** Drafts are always reviewed by a human before sending. ## Status - Mori is in early access. It is not yet generally available; access opens through a waitlist as beta seats become available. ## Links - [Home](https://www.heymori.ai/): product overview, how it works, and the waitlist. - [Privacy Policy](https://www.heymori.ai/privacy): how Mori handles the emails you forward. - [Terms of Service](https://www.heymori.ai/terms): terms for using Mori. ## Contact - Website: https://www.heymori.ai
